Garlic, from our local farmers at LADS farms, is slowly roasted to develop a nice caramelized flavor, which is then mixed with olive oil and fresh herbs. This combination of flavor is spread throughout our country loaf making it taste so heavenly. It makes a delicious avocado toast or cheesy toast.
Each loaf is a 650g Boule (round shaped).
